10/07/2012 – Joseph L. “They sold our house and helped us buy a new home. The Brown Team was hired to find a buyer for our Methuen MA property as well as to find a condo for us to purchase in Plaistow NH.

!.  The Brown Team made recommendations for upgrading the Methuen property in order to command the best price. We followed their recommendations to the letter and were able to sell the property for our asking price which was $20,000 more than any other property sold on our circle ever. The property went on sale on Saturday and the second buyer to look at it, on the following Monday, gave us a purchase and sale agreement by that evening.

The Brown Team worked with us, sometimes as late as 9 PM in order to move things along with no waste of time. When we met at the closing attorney's office, both parties ended the session with hugs and kisses prompting the closing attorney to say:" I've never had a closing where everyone was so happy and satisfied with the process."  Needless to say, the Brown Team was in total control of the situation from beginning to end and were always very professional and responsive to our every inquiry. We could not have done it without their expertise and devotion to their profession.

2.  After finding the exact type of condo that we wanted and at the desired location and price range, we ran into difficulty with the bank that had repossessed the property from the previous owner.  The bank would not accept a purchase and sale agreement until the sale of our Methuen home was final even though we would have been first in line with a P&S and willing to pay cash for the condo.  The Brown Team kept a close watch on the condo property and when, after a few weeks, the first in line prospective buyer was not able to perform, they quickly called us, picked up a P&S from us at 10 PM that very night and submitted it to the bank the very next morning.

Knowing that the bank had now put the property out to the highest bidder, the Brown Team advised us to up the purchase price a little if we really wanted the property because there would be multiple offers. We did just that and within two days the bank chose us as the number one prospect. We did buy the property within the price range that we had desired and are very happy with the way the Brown Team looked out after our interest.

We cannot say enough about the professionalism, knowledge of the real estate market and care for their clients exhibited by the Brown Team. To us it seemed like every day is a sixteen hour day for the Brown Team. They were always on top of their game and we never had to wait very long for answers or action. Overall the Brown Team was superb in their dealings with us”.
